Using the Patient Portal

Frequently Used Options

  • My Profile Keep your demographic information, such as address and phone numbers, up-to-date Messages Send and receive secure messages through the Patient Portal
  • Pay My Bill Self Pay and Phone Consult patients can securely pay their balances using this option
  • Appointments Send a request for your next appointment. Helpful Hints with using this feature:
    • Provide detail in the “Reason for Appointment” field such as “Phone in 3 months”, “Office 6 month follow up”, “New Patient”, or “New Pt. 2nd visit”
    • Select up to 3 times slots or First Available. If selecting “First Available” you should include expectations of appointment date in “Reason for Appointment”
    • You must “Confirm” or “Deny” your tentatively scheduled appointment via the Appointments option
  • Patient Portal Documents Upload photo ID/driver;s license, Insurance card photo (front/back), pharmacy/drug card, medication logs, completed ADHD Scales and other such documents here. These forms will be added to your Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Other Options

  • Health Library Using Medline Plus, patients can search various health topics
  • Representatives Provide access to family members or care givers so they can access your Portal Information
  • Patient Documents Currently not available, but in the future patients can access forms provided by our office
  • Activity Log Shows Portal activity for a designated time frame
  • Lab Results Not used currently
  • PFSH Not used currently
