Angela Heithaus MD

I received my undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of California, Berkeley and my medical training at the George Washington Medical School and Medical Center. I practiced internal medicine at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, MultiCare in Tacoma, Virginia Mason Medical Center and in Vicenza Italy for the US Army. While practicing at Seattle Healing Arts in 2006 I began focusing my practice on working with adults with ADHD. I organized a local conference on ADHD, led adult support groups and was a board member of ADD Resources. In 2018 I completed Yoga Teacher Training with Tracy Weber at Whole Life Yoga. I am a member of Northwest Dance Network and a novice in the oblate program St Gertrude’s Benedictine Monastery in Idaho. I sing choral music with the St. James Cathedral Choir. I am bilingual in Italian and have lived in Italy many years. I enjoy the outdoors in particular skiing, sailing and hiking with my two boys and partner.

Deb Fitzpatrick, Office Manager

I grew up in Northern Kentucky, graduating from the University of KY with a degree in Medical Technology. I’ve worked in clinical and research labs and project management for clinical systems implementations all before becoming a stay-at-home mom. In 2004, I moved from Nashville to Seattle with my family and fell in love with Seattle! I was certified as a Viniyoga yoga instructor in 2005 and taught for 10+ years – which is how Angela and I met. My family and I are avid Sounders FC and Mariners fans! When not attending games, you can find me playing golf, hiking, practicing yoga, fishing or entertaining –  spending time with my family and friends enjoying the beautiful PNW!

Receptionists/Lupo (“Loops”) and Bandita

Lupo

Hi! I’m a golden retriever/poodle mixed breed and have been office receptionist for about four years. I was born outside of Spokane but love living in Seattle. I received training at the University Canine Academy and have a certificate.

I am very friendly, don’t bite and love to be pet and fed treats! Don’t worry – I do not shed!! If you’d like a photo with me just ask!

Bandita

Hola! I arrived in Seattle August 2019! I’m not sure of my breed, but word on the street is that I’m adorable. I love my new home and can’t wait until my training is completed so I can come to the office.
