Using the Patient Portal
Use only CHROME, FIREFOX or EDGE browser with the Patient Portal
- Chrome, Firefox or Edge browsers are the only browsers that support RxNT’s Patient Portal. If another browser is used your experience may be less than optimal.
- Access the Patient Portal from https://www.rxnt.com/ (PATIENT LOGIN) instead of from a saved link. Accessing from RxNT’s home page ensure the latest updates are in effect for the best user experience.
- Clear the Cache: If you have Patient Portal bookmarked in your browser and are experiencing then this will clear browsing history and, hopefully, resolve the errors.
- If you’ve forgotten your USER NAME or PASSWORD click the appropriate link at the bottom of the Login page to reset
