Troubleshooting Tips

  1. Chrome, Firefox or Edge browsers are the only browsers that support RxNT’s Patient Portal. If another browser is used your experience may be less than optimal.
  2. Access the Patient Portal from (PATIENT LOGIN) instead of from a saved link. Accessing from RxNT’s home page will ensure the latest updates are in effect for the best user experience.
  3. Clear the Cache: If you have Patient Portal bookmarked in your browser and are experiencing then this will clear browsing history and, hopefully, resolve the errors.
  4. If you’ve forgotten your USER NAME or PASSWORD click the appropriate link at the bottom of the Login page to reset
